Time to register for ECC’s Spring Term…classes begin Jan. 9
Friday / November 11, 2016
It’s time to register for Winter Interim and Spring Term classes at Ellsworth Community College. Winter Interim classes begin Dec. 19 and Spring Term classes begin Jan. 9.
“Our Spring Term classes are filling up quickly,” says Adriane Sietsema, ECC’s Director of Admissions. “The earlier you start the enrollment process more likely you are to get in the classes you need/want for the semester. ECC graduates have one of the lowest average student debt loads of any college or university in Iowa, plus financial aid is still available for Spring Term classes.”
With new degree programs, we have something for everyone. With approximately 80 percent of ECC students taking the first two years’ coursework at Ellsworth and then transferring to finish a bachelor’s degree, the College’s dual enrollment agreements with Iowa, Iowa State and UNI are also popular. Students who want to start at Ellsworth and transfer to one of the Regent universities can be enrolled at both colleges at the same time, which facilitates the transfer of credits and increases the students’ comfort level at both colleges.
