NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
IOWA VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT
ELLSWORTH COMMUNITY COLLEGE
TRADES AND INDUSTRIES BUILDING RENOVATIONS
IOWA FALLS, IOWA

Notice is Hereby Given:

A public hearing will be held at 4:00 PM local time on November 11, 2026, at Ellsworth Community
College, Reg Johnson Room 100, 1100 College Avenue, Iowa Falls, IA 50126, by the Iowa Valley
Community College District (IVCCD) Board of Directors for the purpose of hearing and receiving any
objections to the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated total cost of the
project. At said time and place, any interested person may appear and file objections thereto.

ELLSWORTH COMMUNITY COLLEGE, TRADES AND INDUSTRIES BUILDING RENOVATIONS

Description of the work: The extent of the work will involve furnishing the labor, equipment, and
materials necessary for the interior renovation of the Trades and Industries Building, including two
classrooms, the shop, and adjacent spaces. The work includes selective demolition; new ceilings,
flooring, lighting, and paint; electrical, mechanical, and dust collection improvements; and related
work.

Proposed drawings, specifications, and form of contract may be examined upon request and will be
