For 19 or more credit hours, Iowa Residents add $217 tuition and a $26 institutional fee for each additional credit hour. Audit tuition is the same as credit tuition. For 19 or more credit hours, Non-Iowa Residents add $259 tuition and a $26 institutional fee for each additional credit hour. Audit tuition is the same as credit tuition. On-Campus Housing & Food Service
Living on campus offers convenience, community, and countless opportunities to connect! Considering housing and meal plan costs is an important step, and we aim to make the process clear and straightforward. Costs can vary slightly by campus, and we’ve provided a detailed breakdown below.
MCC provides comfortable on-campus housing to enhance your college experience. All students living on campus are required to select a meal plan of 19 meals per week for $2,900 per year.

- Single Occupancy: $7,310
- Double Occupancy: $5,550
- Triple Occupancy: $4,550
Handicap-accessible rooms are available with 30 days advance notice for special arrangements.
ECC offers a variety of residence hall options to suit your needs. A meal plan of 19 meals per week is required for all students living on campus, costing $2,900 per year.
