The staff in the Registrar’s Office is ready and willing to help you register for classes, change your class schedule, or get an official copy of your Ellsworth transcript. Located in the lower level of Kruse Main (look for the Hub), the Registrar’s Office is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm; holiday and summer hours may vary.

Registration Dates

2024-2025 Academic Year	Date Registration Opens
December 2024 Graduates, Veteran Students, and TRIO SSS Students	March 18, 2024
Returning, New, and Guest Students	April 1, 2024

Credentials You Can Use

If you’re close to graduating from Ellsworth Community College, but will transfer to a four-year school prior to graduating, have your new school send your transcript back to us once you finish the classes that will complete your ECC degree.

Or, if you are planning to attend one of Iowa’s three public universities, choose the “Reverse Transfer” option on your application. Doing this will let that school know that you would like your transcript sent to ECC to complete degree requirements. Your Ellsworth degree looks great on a resume!
