Ellsworth invites you to enjoy the Dale Howard Family Activity Center (DHFAC)! Located at 1021 River Street in Iowa Falls, DHFAC was built to serve both students and the community.

Now is a great time to kickstart your personal wellness journey - this facility was built to serve your needs. The amenities offered at DHFAC include:

  • Indoor walking/running track
  • State-of-the-art circuit training equipment, treadmills, and fitness bikes
  • Fitness classes in the exercise room
  • Indoor tennis court

After your workout, relax with a snack in the Panther Den – you earned it!

Monday through Friday: 5:30 am – 8 pm
Saturday: 8 am – 5 pm
Sunday: 12 pm – 5 pm

 

During the semester, DHFAC will post closings prior to breaks and holidays, including College holidays, spring break, and interim periods between College semesters.

DALE HOWARD FAMILY ACTIVITY CENTER MEMBERSHIP FEES

All memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of signup. Annual memberships can be paid in one lump sum, or on a monthly payment plan; there is a 5% discount for memberships paid in full at signup.

Family Membership: Includes spouse or domestic partner and children ages 18 and under or still in high school. Foster children and foreign exchange students residing in the home are included. Young adults ages 19-22, whether attending college or not, are not included. Annual fee is $543.

Adult Couple: Includes married or domestic couples living at the same residence or a single parent with one minor child. Annual fee is $462.

Adult Single: Individuals age 19-64. Annual fee is $339.

Senior Couple: Includes married or domestic couple living at the same residence where at least one partner is age 65 or older. Annual fee is $351.

Senior Single: Individuals age 65 and older. Annual fee is $189.

Young Adult: Includes individuals in grades 8-12. Annual fee is $189.

Day Passes: Family: $20/day, Adult = $8/day, Youth = $5/day

College Students on winter break: $20

College Students on summer break: $65

Visitors: One week = $20, Two weeks = $35, and Three weeks = $50

PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES

The Dale Howard Family Activity Center offers the services of a personal trainer. Personal training rates are as follows:

1 session = $40
3 sessions = $105
6 sessions = $180
12 sessions = $300
