Physics and Astronomy club welcome all full time and part time students from different majors to join the club and to share in the club activities. The club includes:
1- Field trips for visiting observatories or attending events organized by other physics and astronomy societies.
2- Fundraising events, (buying telescopes or other equipment).
3- Calkins events such as meteors nights, walking on the moon surface from Calkins, and hunting planets.
Building collaboration is a part of the club mission, especially with physics and astronomy societies such as Minnesota Astronomical Society.
More collaborations will be established when Panthers join!
